The desired delivery date? You decide that yourself! You can specify a desired delivery date with every order. We try to meet this delivery date as best as possible. Because we work with an external delivery service (Bpost in Belgium, Post NL or DPD abroad), we do not always have the same influence on the exact delivery day. That is why we prefer to ship a little too early than too late.

We then work with a funny “DO-NOT-OPEN-BEFORE” sticker so that the surprise is still preserved until the date you gave us.

For small orders (< 20 pieces) we can ensure that they are shipped the next day. Preparing your package + shipping takes about 1 day + then 1 more day for delivery by Bpost (provided there are no delays there).

The delivery time in Belgium is therefore 2 working days.

If you place a larger order: please contact us for the feasibility of your desired delivery date. In general we can do (almost) everything, we just have to see if we can collect enough stock in time.

The world is our playground! We have experience in sending corporate gifts all over the world. As well as the necessary knowledge of correct documents and declarations.

Do you want to have parcels delivered outside Belgium? Contact us Then check the shipping costs per country. We can then immediately provide an estimate of the delivery times.

If there are countries where import restrictions apply (for example, no alcohol or no glass bottles,…) we will adjust the package for that country so that the value of the content remains the same, but the package can certainly be delivered.

We arrange the customs declaration and the follow-up of the deliveries for you!

Do the gifts have to be delivered to the office? Or would you rather have them delivered to people's doorsteps? That's all possible!

Deliveries to the office be done with our own transport or with a transport company:
From an order of €250, we will pay the costs for delivery to 1 location. If you order for a smaller amount, we will find the most economical shipping method for you.

For deliveries to people's homes we work with Bpost, PostNL or DPD.
Shipping costs in Belgium (Bpost) and the Netherlands (PostNL): €7,50 excl. VAT
Shipping cost to Germany (PostNL): €9,60 excl. VAT
Shipping cost to France (DPD): €1
3 excl. VAT

Do you want to send packages elsewhere? Contact us Then take a moment to find out the exact shipping cost.

Good to know:

What determines our shipping cost? This cost includes the cost of effective sending, but also the cost of packaging the package as safely as possible, so that it is certainly delivered undamaged. We work with packaging materials that are fully recyclable and even 100% biodegradable (cardboard boxes, paper tape and biodegradable filling chips that can simply be dissolved in water).

Naturally! Send us the delivery addresses via the template for submitting the addresses that you can download with each product and add a column in which you indicate the number of boxes per delivery address.
Depending on the number of packages to be delivered per location, we will look for the cheapest shipping method and then let you know the shipping costs.

Of course! We are located between Mechelen and Leuven, about 25 km from the center of Brussels. Do you live nearby and would you rather pick up the order yourself?

This is possible in our warehouse:

Sweet Little Belgium B.V
Kruineikestraat 131
3150 Tildonk (Haacht)

Openingsuren:
Mon-Thu: 8.30am – 17pm
Fri: 8.30 am – 16 pm

It is best to let us know before you come, so that someone is there to help you further.
You can call us on: 0497/38.53.24. (Emilie) or 0494/41.99.08. (Hanne)

Do you order one of our standard boxes? Then you can immediately pay online with VISA or Mastercard, Paypal or choose payment by invoice. Is your order a bit more complex (a customized quote, do you not know the exact number yet or do they have to be delivered to different foreign addresses)? Then choose the option “Request a quote“. Then we first make an offer with the correct prices, and then you can pay by invoice afterwards.

As soon as the package leaves our warehouse, the recipient will receive a track & trace code to follow the package. The message then states that the recipient can expect a surprise gift from your company.
The email field is a required field with our shipping partners.

Does this have to be the recipient's email address? No, that can also be the e-mail address of you as the applicant. BUT… know that for every package sent you will receive at least 4 emails regarding the status of your shipment: the package has been submitted to Bpost, the package is on its way, this is the planned time that we deliver the package and the package has been delivered.
Then we are not talking about packages that could not be delivered because the recipients were not at home… (e.g. sending 50 packages = so 200 emails in your inbox)

We know from experience that we have 80% fewer returned packages if you do provide the email addresses of the recipients.
This way people can set their own delivery preferences and indicate what should happen with the package if they are not at home.

Then the package returns to us.

In the packages that are returned, we see 2 main reasons why most packages cannot be delivered:

  1. The address we received was incorrect or the recipient has moved in the meantime.
SOLUTION: Please enter a valid email address of the recipient. In their track & trace mail they can see to which address the package will be sent. They often contact us themselves to report that the address is not correct and we can still give them the correct instructions to change the delivery preferences at Bpost.
If the package is returned, we immediately know to which address it must be sent again.
  2. The recipient was not at home when the package was presented by the postman and forgets to pick it up at the postal point afterwards.
SOLUTION: Enter a valid email address of the recipient. For example, they can adjust their delivery preferences themselves via Track & Trace and they are notified when the package is waiting for them at a postal point.
(We know from experience that the postman often no longer leaves notes in the mailboxes if the packages cannot be delivered, so you can't count on that)

For all packages that are returned (for whatever reason), we are looking for a solution. We will contact you as an applicant with the request to contact the person in question to see together what we can do best with the package. This follow-up is free and is included in our service.

Never say never… Although we do our utmost to package all products as best as possible to survive the vagaries of transport, there are forces that they are sometimes unable to cope with. For example, once someone even drove over our package with the van and then delivered it 😱

Is your delivery damaged? Send us an email to report that your package has been damaged. We will immediately send you a completely new package!

What should be in the email:

  • Your name + address
  • The reference at the bottom of the address label (on the basis of this we know which order it concerns)
  • A description and possibly some photos of the damaged package

Don't worry about that! We work fully in accordance with the European GDPR rules. All personal and customer data on our platform are maximally secured.

We use the data provided by the recipients of the packages NEVER for commercial purposes, only for shipping your order. The data is kept for a maximum of 1 month after the shipment for possible follow-up of packages that could not be delivered for one reason or another.

Would you like to use a GDPR agreement? We can either provide you with our GDPR statement, or we can complete and sign your document. Just take a moment contact without obligation.

You can read more about our data processing in our Privacy Statement.
